PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next day. 

PRODUCTION

All products on our website are print-to-order. So please allow us 3-5 business days for production after processing. Additional time may be required for orders with multiple pieces. You'll receive an email when you submit your order & another when your package is shipped out.

CHANGES TO ORDER 

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee changes to orders once they have been processed. Please ensure shipping address & product details (size, colors, etc.) are accurate before purchase. If for any reason, you'd like to change/cancel your order immediately after placing, please contact us asap at support@shopkokonut.com

Please note that once you have submitted your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. 


SHIPPING COSTS & TIMES

We offer free shipping on all orders above $100. Any orders under 100$ will be charged a flat rate of $9.99.

• US, UK and CA shipping times: usually 3–7 business days
• Europe shipping times: usually 2–8 business days
• Worldwide shipping times: can vary between 2-4 weeks—please note we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders

Customs & Taxes — Please note that we are not responsible for custom charges that may occur on your order upon arrival. We also cannot guarantee there will not be custom charges. Please check your official local regulatory website for more info/details on customs. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.

Shipping Packages—Products ship by category. Apparel, posters, and stickers are each shipped in separate packages. Your order may be shipped in 2-3 different packages.

Wrong Address—If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Returned/Unclaimed Packages—It is the responsibility of the customer to track the package & inform us it is being returned by the courier for any reason (invalid address, unclaimed package, etc). We will not track returned packages. Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Returned packages that are not claimed after 30 days will be donated & we will not be able to offer a refund. 

We relinquish responsibility of all packages once they are handed to the shipping carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the package via the provided tracking page. We will not track packages that are returned to us for any reason. Delivery of the final product is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. 

The risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your (if you are a User) or your Customer's (if you are a Merchant) responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case we will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our pieces are made-to-order, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges on purchases due to personal preferences, invalid shipping address, or incorrect order details. 

If your product is received with a defect or the wrong item/size was sent—please contact us at support@shopkokonut.com & we will try our best to sort it out! Any such claims must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. 

By placing an order, you agree to all of the above.
