SIZING

What size should I buy?
We strongly recommend using the size chart in the description or images of each product page to find the size that you like. Our apparel is standard fit—not slim or oversized. It helps to measure out a t-shirt or hoodie that you currently own to use alongside the sizing chart we've provided. Please note we are not able to offer returns/exchanges due to wrong sizes ordered by customers.

What if I bought the wrong size?
Please note that as all our orders are made-to-order we are not able to offer returns/exchanges due to wrong size or general personal preferences. This is why we strongly recommend using the sizing chart in the description of each product page before placing order!

PLACING ORDER

Can I make a change to my order once it is placed?
We cannot guarantee changes to orders once they are submitted. Please ensure shipping address & product details (size, colors, etc.) are 100% accurate before purchase.

What methods of payment do you offer?
We accept most major debit cards, credit cards, AMEX, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

PRODUCTS

How are your products made?
All 
products are made-to-order so once you place an order—we work with our manufacturers to produce it specifically for you. This requires a little more time for us to ship your order but it helps us avoid overproduction & textile waste!

Are your products ethically made?
Our processing partners only produces items when an order is received, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. Wherever applicable, we ask our suppliers and partners to ethically source all their raw materials and enforce strict standards on their own partners and suppliers as well. 

WASHING & CARE

How do I wash & dry the clothes?
Machine wash on gentle with cool water, not hot. Hang dry only—do not machine dry or iron the ink. Heat will damage the ink & degrade material. Please note we are not responsible for ink or fabric damage cause by exposure to heat. 

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?
We charge flat $9.99 for all orders under $100. All orders above $100 threshold get free shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes—we ship to most countries around the world.

How many packages will I receive?
Products ship by category. Apparel, posters, & stickers are each shipped in separate packages. You may receive your order in multiple packages.

Will I be charged customs? 
We cannot guarantee there will not be custom charges as that is determined by the respective country. We are not responsible for custom charges that may occur upon arrival. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
All our pieces are print-to-order & require 3-4 business days for production plus 3-5 business days for shipping. US, CA and UK orders shipping times vary from 5-10 business days while Europe shipping times vary from 5-15 business days. We are not able to guarantee shipping times on international orders—they can vary between 1-4 weeks depending on customs. Read more about shipping here

My package was sent back by the carrier, what do I do?
Packages may be shipped back to us for various reasons. For example, you did not claim the package, you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or they were not able to make the delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to track the package & inform us if it's being returned. We will not track returned packages. Once it arrives back to us, we will gladly help ship it again. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Returned packages that are not claimed after 30 days will be donated & we will not be able to offer a refund. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you offer returns/exchanges?
Because our pieces are made-to-order, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges on purchases due to personal preferences, invalid shipping address, or incorrect order details (size, colors, etc.). So please check the order summary page carefully before placing your order.

If your product is received with a defect or the wrong item/size was sent—please contact us at support@shopkokonut.com & we will gladly sort it out! Any claims must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received.
