All KOKONUT sales are final. We do not offer exchanges unless there has been an error on our end.
Exchanges
An exchange will only be offered if:
You receive the wrong product.
You receive the wrong size from the one you ordered.
Any issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For an approved exchange, the customer will cover the cost of sending the item back to us, and KOKONUT will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.
Refunds
KOKONUT does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Eligible issues will be resolved through an exchange instead.
